About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Upwork Bidder to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, preparing winning proposals, and communicating with potential clients on Upwork to generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search, identify, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
  • Write customized, well-structured proposals tailored to client requirements
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to convert bids into active projects
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing, etc.) to gather project details for proposals
  • Track and manage bid submissions, responses, and outcomes in a structured manner
  • Research market trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain an organized database of client communications and project statuses
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and tone of communication when bidding

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in Upwork bidding, business development, or sales (fresh graduates with excellent communication skills can apply)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic understanding of IT services, design, or marketing solutions (depending on company focus)
  • Ability to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
