Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for professionals in Architecture, MEP, and Civil Engineering, based in Lahore with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects, managing various phases from initial concept to final approval. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with team members, preparing detailed architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with contractors and clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Architecture, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design, and Civil Engineering
  • Experience in preparing submission drawings and navigating county approval processes
  • Skills in project management, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields
  • Experience with CAD software and other architectural design tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
