We are hiring a AI Engineer with deep expertise in AI model development, optimization, and deployment. The role primarily focuses on enhancing existing AI models, improving their accuracy and efficiency, and managing server-side infrastructure for large-scale AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, fine-tune, and enhance AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Develop backend systems to support model inference, data pipelines, and monitoring.
  • Manage and optimize server infrastructure (GPU-based systems, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Deploy and maintain AI models in production with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Handle model versioning, testing, and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless model integration and stability.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Python, with experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Transformers.
  • 1-2 years of experience Required.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning model training, tuning, and deployment.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Linux server management, and cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Contabo).
  • Solid knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with DevOps/MLOps tools and best practices.
  • Bonus: Experience in distributed training, GPU optimization, or custom model architectures.
