We are seeking an energetic and strategic Business Unit Manager (OC/RSP) to oversee the operations, business development, sales and marketing, and production teams. This is an onsite leadership position, requiring a proactive professional who can plan, execute, and manage strategies for both team development and the company's market outreach.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with hands-on experience managing business units within the Research Service Provider (RSP) or Online Course (OC) industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the OC/RSP unit to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
  • Lead and manage the BD, Sales & Marketing, and Production teams effectively.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, improve service delivery, and enhance outreach.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and ensure achievement of targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain quality standards, compliance, and operational discipline within all departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in RSP (Research Service Provider) or OC (Online Course) management.
  • Proven track record in operations, business development, and team leadership.
  • Excellent understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
