Matrix Pharma is expanding its specialty business line focused on innovative products. The Business Unit Manager (BUM) will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy and driving the overall business performance of the orthopedic product portfolio across Pakistan. The incumbent will ensure market expansion, brand growth, and team development while maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience

Education:
BSc/MSc in Chemistry or
MBBS
(preferred).

Experience:
8–10 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing of orthopedic or specialty pharmaceutical products, preferably with a national company or MNC.

Age:
35–40 years (maximum).

Location:
Karachi-based with frequent nationwide travel.
