We are looking for a dynamic Business Unit Head / Business Unit Manager for a leading local pharmaceutical company to lead their Cardiometabolic Portfolio.

Job Description:

  • Lead the cardiometabolic portfolio's business strategy, annual plans, and execution.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for key brands, including new product launches.
  • Drive sales targets through close collaboration with sales leadership and field teams.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive trends, and portfolio gaps.
  • Ensure effective product positioning, brand messaging, and promotional activities.
  • Provide coaching, leadership, and performance management for the unit team.
  • Coordinate with medical, regulatory, supply chain, and commercial teams for seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Pharm-D / MBA (Marketing) preferred.
  • 6–10 years of experience in pharma marketing/sales, with significant exposure to the cardiometabolic segment.
  • Proven track record of portfolio management, brand growth, and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills.
