About the Role:

MKTH Solutions is hiring an HR & Admin Executive to manage HR operations and administrative tasks. We are looking for a proactive and organized individual who can handle recruitment, employee management, and day-to-day office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment: postings, screening, interviews, onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support payroll, attendance & leave tracking
  • Coordinate employee engagement and internal communications
  • Handle administrative tasks, meetings, and vendor coordination

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of HR & Admin experience
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
