HR & Admin Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a
hands-on HR & Admin Manager
who can independently manage human resources operations and office administration. The right candidate will be a problem solver, process-driven, and able to maintain a balance between people management and smooth office operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals.
- Handle payroll, attendance, and benefits administration through MIHCM.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Oversee performance appraisals and guide managers on feedback processes.
- Drive employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives.
- Draft HR letters, policies, and official employee communications.
Administration
- Oversee daily office operations, supplies, and vendor management.
- Supervise admin staff and ensure departmental efficiency.
- Draft and circulate memos, reports, and administrative documents.
- Ensure workplace safety, security, and organizational discipline.
- Support senior management with scheduling, documentation, and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (
from a reputed private university
). - 2+ years of combined HR & Admin experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and payroll processes.
- Proficiency in
MIHCM software, MS Office, and Google Workspace
. - Ability to draft professional correspondence (letters, policies, memos) independently.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and capable of managing HR & Admin functions
