About the Role

We are looking for a
hands-on HR & Admin Manager
who can independently manage human resources operations and office administration. The right candidate will be a problem solver, process-driven, and able to maintain a balance between people management and smooth office operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals.
  • Handle payroll, attendance, and benefits administration through MIHCM.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Oversee performance appraisals and guide managers on feedback processes.
  • Drive employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives.
  • Draft HR letters, policies, and official employee communications.

Administration

  • Oversee daily office operations, supplies, and vendor management.
  • Supervise admin staff and ensure departmental efficiency.
  • Draft and circulate memos, reports, and administrative documents.
  • Ensure workplace safety, security, and organizational discipline.
  • Support senior management with scheduling, documentation, and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (
    from a reputed private university
    ).
  • 2+ years of combined HR & Admin experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and payroll processes.
  • Proficiency in
    MIHCM software, MS Office, and Google Workspace
    .
  • Ability to draft professional correspondence (letters, policies, memos) independently.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing HR & Admin functions
    single-handedly
    .
