Key Requirements:

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Industrial Relations, labor laws, and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
  • Manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance evaluation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industrial regulations.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and resource allocation.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and grievance reprisal.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Liaison with government departments and labor unions as required.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, legal compliance, and industrial relations.
