Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years in a Human Resource/Admin role within a manufacturing environment.
- Age: Between 35 to 40 years.
- Education: Must be a graduate (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Industrial Relations, labor laws, and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
- Manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance evaluation processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industrial regulations.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and resource allocation.
- Handle disciplinary actions and grievance reprisal.
- Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Liaison with government departments and labor unions as required.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, legal compliance, and industrial relations.
