Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Own the SEO strategy: on-page, off-page, technical SEO, site structure, page speed, etc.
- Manage content creation: blog posts, social media posts, video, graphics; ensure content is persuasive, consistent, onābrand, and optimised for each platform.
- Oversee social media (organic): content planning, posting, community engagement, growth.
- Execute email marketing and marketing automation: drip campaigns, workflows, lead nurturing.
- Set up, maintain, and optimise websites / landing pages, conversion funnels, A/B testing, UI/UX improvements.
- Implement analytics and tracking: set up pixels, event tracking, UTM tagging, conversion tracking; monitor KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR, LTV, etc.).
- Use data and reporting to iterate and improve performance; identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
- Coordinate with design, product, sales, and/or creative teams to ensure messaging & creative are effective and aligned.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, platform updates, and best practices; recommend and implement new tools/processes.
- Manage budgets, monitor spend, ensure campaigns are cost-effective and delivering maximum ROI.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience:
Typically 7+ years in digital marketing, managing both paid and organic channels. - Technical Skills:
- Good understanding of Google Ads, Meta ads (or similar), social media advertising.
- SEO skills (both technical & content).
- Familiarity with marketing automation / email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, Active Campaign).
- Strong analytics skills: able to use Google Analytics (GA4), data visualization tools, dashboarding, Excel/Sheets.
- Knowledge of creating and optimising landing pages / funnels; experience with A/B testing.
- Creative & Content Skills:
Ability to write good copy; oversee or create visuals/creative; understanding what content works in different formats. - Communication & Collaboration:
Able to work crossāfunctionally; coordinate with design, product, sales etc.; explain strategy and results to nonātechnical stakeholders. - Mindset / Characteristics:
- Dataādriven, with analytical thinking.
- Resultsāoriented and focused on continuous improvement.
- Curious and keeps up with digital trends.
- Adaptable; able to multitask and manage priorities.
- Growth mindset, willing to experiment and learn.
