About the role

Healing Baithak is expanding its in-office team at Kohinoor Faisalabad.

We're looking for a creative and confident professional who enjoys managing Meta Ads and communicating with clients in a warm, thoughtful way.

This position combines social-media marketing and people interaction, perfect for someone who likes both digital work and real conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, run, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) for lead generation
  • Create and schedule posts, stories, and short reels
  • Engage with clients through WhatsApp, social media, and phone conversations
  • Guide potential clients toward bookings in a polite and helpful manner
  • Maintain weekly reports on performance and insights

Ideal Profile

  • Minimum 6 months' experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
  • Comfortable communicating in Urdu (basic English helps)
  • Basic Canva or simple video-editing skills are a plus
  • Organized, consistent, and kind in communication
  • Comfortable working full-time from the office

Timings:
10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Sunday off)

Compensation:
Competitive local salary with performance-based incentives.
