Docbot - new venture. is hiring an Experienced RCM Specialist to handle billing operations for our Primary Care and Specialty clients. We need someone who understands the full revenue cycle and can manage billing tasks independently with accuracy and discipline.

Responsibilities
• Manage complete RCM workflow: charge entry, claims submission, rejections, denials
• Perform AR follow-ups and ensure timely payments from insurance companies
• Post ERAs/EOBs, adjustments, and reconcile patient/insurance balances
• Handle billing for Primary Care (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics/Nursing Home)
• Work with specialty billing: Podiatry, Dental, Chiropractic, Surgery Center
• Ensure proper CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and modifier usage
• Work on eClinicalWorks, AthenaHealth, and/or Epic
• Communicate with payers for claim status, appeals, benefits, and authorizations
• Maintain compliance and ensure high accuracy in all submissions
• Prepare daily/weekly reports as required

Requirements
• 3–6+ years of experience in US Medical Billing
• Strong expertise in AR & Denial Management
• Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks, AthenaHealth, or Epic
• Strong understanding of Primary Care billing
• Experience with at least one specialty billing area
• Good English communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a structured environment
