Customer Support Representative

About Us:

We are a UK-headquartered online education provider seeking a high-performing Customer Support Representative for our Lahore sales support office. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email, chat, and calls.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products to provide accurate guidance and support.
  • Identify and convert prospective customers through lead generation and follow-up.
  • Acknowledge, handle, and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure every interaction results in customer satisfaction and supports revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with proven ability to convert leads.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize effectively.
  • Bachelor's in any relevant field.

Office Timings

10:00 AM – 06:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
