Key Responsibilities

Strategic Bidding & Client Acquisition

  • Research and bid on high-value projects ($5K+ monthly potential)
  • Maintain minimum 25% conversion rate from bids to secured contracts
  • Build recurring revenue streams through long-term client relationships

Proposal Development & Optimization

  • Craft customized, high-converting proposals (minimum 500 words each)
  • Implement A/B testing for proposal templates to maximize wins
  • Maintain 95% client satisfaction rate post-project award

Performance Tracking

  • Achieve monthly revenue targets (KPIs tracked weekly)
  • Optimize bid-to-win ratios using data-driven strategies
  • Monitor platform algorithm changes to maintain competitive positioning

Requirements

3+ years successful bidding on Upwork/Fiverr (must provide earnings proof)

Exceptional proposal writing skills (native-level English)

Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, Web Development services

Analytical approach to bid performance optimization

Availability during 1 PM - 10 PM PKT (UK/US client hours)

Preferred Qualifications:
