Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Manager located in Gujranwala. The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily Sales Targets, developing business strategies, managing client relationships, monitoring financial performance, and leading a team to achieve company Sales Targets. They will also analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction through responsive and personalized service.

Qualifications

  • Business Strategy, Financial Performance Monitoring, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Team Leadership and Staff Management skills
  • Market Trend Analysis and Growth Opportunity Identification skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
