Sales & Marketing Manager
to lead our business development and brand initiatives.

We're seeking an energetic professional from a
hotel or pharmaceutical sales background
, with a strong record in client relationship management, corporate sales, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve room, banquet, and event revenue targets.
  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and travel partners.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in corporate and leisure segments.
  • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activities to enhance visibility.
  • Collaborate with operations and event teams to deliver seamless guest and client experiences.
  • Monitor competitor trends and adjust sales tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, forecasts, and revenue analyses.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve departmental goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
  • 5+ years of experience
    in sales, ideally in the
    hospitality or pharmaceutical sector
    .
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of local corporate markets in Gujranwala and surrounding areas.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for building relationships and closing deals.
