Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Amazon Data Specialist to manage and optimize data across our Amazon seller accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate product listings, updating catalogs, monitoring performance analytics, and ensuring all backend data aligns with Amazon's requirements and SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product listings, variations, and attributes on Amazon Seller Central.
  • Ensure product data accuracy — including titles, descriptions, bullet points, pricing, images, and keywords.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement optimized metadata to improve search visibility.
  • Monitor product performance metrics (traffic, conversion, Buy Box, etc.) and generate regular reports.
  • Identify and fix listing errors, suppressions, or compliance issues.
  • Maintain synchronization between inventory data, pricing files, and backend reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement A+ content and listing improvements.
  • Assist with catalog uploads, flat files, and bulk data updates.
  • Track competitor pricing and trends to ensure competitive product positioning.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through insights and analytics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience managing Amazon data or Seller Central.
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (Pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning).
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, or similar tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy and consistency.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with flat file uploads and troubleshooting Amazon data errors.
  • Knowledge of FBA & FBM operations.
  • Understanding of SEO principles for Amazon listings.
  • Experience with Power BI, Data Studio, or other analytics tools (a plus).
