About the Role:

We are seeking a
Senior Manager – Performance Marketing
to lead and optimize our digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns, driving measurable ROI, and building scalable performance marketing frameworks.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing data-driven campaigns to accelerate lead generation, user acquisition, and brand growth for our IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize
    paid media campaigns
    across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other performance channels.
  • Define KPIs, set performance goals, and ensure efficient utilization of marketing budgets.
  • Lead
    A/B testing
    , conversion rate optimization (CRO), and funnel performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with the
    content, design, and product teams
    to create effective ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Utilize
    data analytics tools
    (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio) to monitor performance and report insights.
  • Manage and mentor a team of performance marketers and digital specialists.
  • Implement
    marketing automation
    and retargeting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Identify growth opportunities, emerging platforms, and new digital trends to enhance acquisition and engagement.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align campaign goals with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in digital/performance marketing, preferably within an
    IT or tech-driven environment
    .
  • Proven success in managing large-scale paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in
    Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and SEM tools
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    SEO/SEM, programmatic advertising, email marketing, and marketing automation tools
    .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Up-to-date with
    digital marketing trends, AI tools, and best practices
    .

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in
    B2B lead generation
    or SaaS marketing.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta, or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like
    HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
    .
  • Strong data interpretation and presentation skills.
