Project Manager
to join our Lahore office and lead projects related to surgical product development and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects related to surgical product development and operational activities.
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and other relevant medical device regulations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, and marketing.
  • Manage vendors and third-party contractors to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Prepare regular project status reports for senior leadership.
  • Support patent documentation, product testing, and technology transfer to production.
  • Maintain complete project documentation in line with company SOPs and quality systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the
    medical devices or healthcare industry
    .
  • Strong knowledge of FDA and ISO 13485 standards.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
