Responsibilities:

  • Planning and executing project timelines for new models
  • Reviewing and confirming model-specific parts and drawings
  • Managing capital approvals and cost feasibility
  • Coordinating dies/molds arrangements, sampling, and trials
  • Ensuring timely material ordering and project execution
  • Collaborating with NPI, quality, and production teams
  • Documenting processes and resolving development challenges
  • Supporting service documentation and spare parts planning
  • Maintaining dies/molds asset records and overseeing repairs
  • Driving continuous improvement and CSP initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in Product Development and Product Design
  • Technical understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Good Communication and cross-functional coordination experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in the home appliances/electronics industry is a plus
