About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic
Project/Product Manager
with proven experience in
SaaS product development
and working within
agency environments
to manage multiple client projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technical execution, ensuring timely delivery, product quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product & Project Ownership
  • Drive end-to-end project management for SaaS products from planning to release.
  • Define product roadmaps, feature priorities, and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure alignment of client requirements with technical feasibility.
  • Agile/Scrum Management
  • Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Track and report project progress using agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello).
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Manage multiple client accounts, balancing priorities across projects.
  • Translate business needs into actionable requirements and clear documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.).
  • Product Excellence
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide SaaS product enhancements.
  • Ensure delivery of scalable, user-friendly, and business-impactful solutions.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback for continuous product improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a
    Project Manager
    or
    Product Manager
    in SaaS product development.
  • Strong background in
    agency environments
    , handling multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Agile/Scrum frameworks
    .
  • Fluent English communication is necessary
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as
    Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or Trello
    .
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, sales, and clients).
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics (churn, ARR, retention, adoption) is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Technical background or familiarity with modern SaaS stacks.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise products.
  • Exposure to product discovery frameworks (Lean, Design Thinking, etc.).
  • Certification in Agile/Scrum (CSM, PSPO, etc.).
