B2B Digital Marketing & Ads Specialist (LinkedIn + Google Ads)

Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore - On-site

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12 PM – 9 PM

We're a UK-based company specialising in premium branded promotional merchandise and corporate gifts. From luxury onboarding packs to sustainable branded items, we help leading UK and European businesses create meaningful brand experiences.

Our Lahore office manages design, marketing, and digital operations. We're now hiring a skilled Digital Marketing & Ads Specialist to lead our LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns aimed at B2B clients.

Role Overview

You'll run paid campaigns to attract and convert business buyers such as Marketing, HR, and Procurement professionals. Working closely with our in-house creative team, you'll plan, execute, and optimise high-impact campaigns — all managed and tracked through Odoo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage LinkedIn and Google Ads for B2B lead generation.
  • Build and refine audience targeting (job titles, industries, company size, geography).
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging ad visuals and copy.
  • Monitor budgets, optimise performance, and report on ROI using Odoo and Google Analytics.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and conversion tracking setup.
  • Run remarketing and nurture campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Display, and Meta.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years' experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (B2B or lead-gen focus).
  • Proven ability to generate and optimise high-quality business leads.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM or ERP tools (Odoo preferred).
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Meta Ads for retargeting.
  • Understanding of SEO / content marketing fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of email marketing automation (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
