Responsibilities

  • Generate business through online portals like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer etc.
  • Find the right jobs and write proposals for them
  • Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions
  • Estimate the project price based on the requirements gathered
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirement and acquisition
  • Submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget
  • Bidding on Freelance, Guru, Upwork and other freelance portals on daily basis to acquire projects and converting those projects into long term sales
  • Experienced will be preferred
  • Leading to permanent job

Requirements:

  • Command on Freelancing platforms (Upwork, Guru, Freelancer)
  • Proposal writing
  • Knowledge of drafting business proposals
  • Business development process
  • Business sales strategy
  • Analyze marketing trends
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hardworking, organized, efficient and creative work ethic
  • Available to work approximately 15-20 hours/week
  • Fluent in English
