Job Title: Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive (5+ Years Experience)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Upwork Bidder with at least 5 years of proven success in generating leads and securing projects on Upwork and similar freelance platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of proposal writing, client communication, and bidding strategies to convert potential leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork (and other platforms if needed) daily
- Write custom, persuasive proposals tailored to each client's requirements
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and coordinate with the internal team
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly targets for project acquisition and client conversion
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Upwork bidder or in a similar business development role
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Deep understanding of Upwork platform and its best practices
- Ability to identify high-quality leads and craft tailored proposals
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Note : You have to serve trial period of 3-5 day and its unpaid
