Job Title: Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive (5+ Years Experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Upwork Bidder with at least 5 years of proven success in generating leads and securing projects on Upwork and similar freelance platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of proposal writing, client communication, and bidding strategies to convert potential leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork (and other platforms if needed) daily
  • Write custom, persuasive proposals tailored to each client's requirements
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and coordinate with the internal team
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients
  • Achieve monthly targets for project acquisition and client conversion

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Upwork bidder or in a similar business development role
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Deep understanding of Upwork platform and its best practices
  • Ability to identify high-quality leads and craft tailored proposals
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Note : You have to serve trial period of 3-5 day and its unpaid
