Senior Software Developer

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of software developers in the design, development, and deployment of applications
  • Architect, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core, MVC, and Web Forms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and DevOps
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers; provide code reviews and technical guidance
  • Participate in requirement analysis, design sessions, and sprint planning
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and secure development principles
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues
  • Stay updated with new technology trends and integrate them into current projects where appropriate

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies
  • Strong proficiency in:
    - NET Core / .NET 6+
    - ASP.NET MVC
    - ASP.NET Web Forms
    - Entity Framework / EF Core
    - SQL Server
    - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery- Experience in RESTful API design and development
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead, inspire, and manage a development team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Azure or other cloud platforms
  • Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React)
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments
  • Experience with Microservices architecture
