About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Zoho Developer to join our Islamabad team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customizing and automating Zoho applications and integrating them with third-party platforms. You will play a key role in enhancing internal business processes and delivering tailored Zoho-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Zoho Expertise: Develop, customize, and manage Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Books, Creator, Desk, and Projects.

  • Workflow Automation: Design and implement complex workflows and business logic using Deluge scripting.

  • App Development: Build and maintain custom Zoho Creator apps including forms, dashboards, and reports.

  • API Integration: Connect Zoho with external tools (ERP, finance systems, CRMs) using Zoho REST APIs and other relevant technologies.

  • System Configuration: Configure and optimize Zoho applications to align with business requirements.

  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support, issue resolution, and performance optimization.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver efficient solutions.

  • Training & Documentation: Develop user manuals, training materials, and detailed technical documentation.

  • Feature Development: Contribute to feature enhancements based on evolving business needs.


Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, and other Zoho suite apps.

  • Proven expertise in Deluge scripting and workflow customization.

  • Experience with Zoho REST APIs and third-party integrations.

  • Proficiency in web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

  • Zoho Developer Certification is a plus.
