Join our dynamic team as a Zoho Developer and play a pivotal role in shaping innovative CRM solutions for our valued clients. As a Zoho Developer, you will work closely with the solutions team to design, build, deploy, and maintain high-quality CRM systems.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Analysis

  • Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.

  • Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate plans to align with overall business strategies.

  • Own and develop relationships with users, working with them to optimize and enhance system integration.

  • Study and analyze information to translate business requirements into technical requirements.

  • Decompose high-level information and refine user requirements.

  • Gather critical information from stakeholder meetings and produce valuable reports.

  • Continuously seek ways to improve monitoring, resolve issues, and deliver better value to customers.

  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover improvement areas, and implement effective solutions.

Development

  • Develop software solutions using the Zoho API framework, Zoho Deluge scripting language, and 3rd-party REST APIs.

  • Write custom Deluge functions for Zoho Creator, CRM, Projects, Desk, People, Recruit, etc.

  • Create tools and scripts to automate business processes.

  • Integrate Zoho with third-party applications.

  • Develop and integrate customized Creator modules and reports with other Zoho Apps.

  • Create, troubleshoot, and configure webhooks, workflows, and forms across various modules.

  • Implement, customize, and administer a suite of Zoho applications, including but not limited to CRM, Desk, Projects, Cliq, and custom extensions.

  • Own the entire development lifecycle (SDLC) from concept to production and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in software development or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on Zoho development experience.

  • Experience with Zoho One, Zoho Deluge (Creator), and Zoho Flow workflow rules and custom functions.

  • Experience working in Zoho development teams or implementation projects.

  • Solid understanding of automated SQA processes, practices, and technologies.

  • Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written.
