Job description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Operations Executive to drive our business operations, lead customer support planning, and ensure smooth project execution. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main officer to lead and provide business operation and customer support planning and activities to meet the SLA.
  • Assist in business development and marketing planning including business leads sourcing, business presentation, customers recruitment etc to achieve the assigned KPIs.
  • Assist in project management and development especially in business requirement studies and analysis, project communication, project delivery planning, prepare functional specifications, coordinate SIT, UAT and training events between functional teams and the external users or stakeholders.
  • Act as a focal person in collaborating between the internal or external stakeholders during the project life cycle.
  • Provide user guide, training and knowledge transition to internal and external users.
  • Plan and organize roadshows and events to promote the platform to the industry.
  • Assist the technical team in terms of functional support, change request management, application versions control, functional documents control etc.
  • Adhere to information security policies at all times and where relevant participate in information security initiatives.
  • To report any information security weakness or incidents to PIC / Help desk or HOD in timely manner.

Qualification:

  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/ Information Technology, Accounts, Finance, Business Admin, Finance or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Similar experiences in similar business operation and development.
  • Experiences in financial audit industry is preferred.
  • Experiences in IT project management and security compliance is added advantage

Skills:

  • Detail-oriented, customer service oriented, strong analytical and problem solving skill.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team to achieve the company's objectives.
  • Responsible, trustworthy and dedicated.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills in English.
  • Possess good planning and time management skills to ensure deliverable on timely manner.
  • Proficient in computer knowledge especially Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint) and internet.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs150,000.00 per month
