About Us

We are looking for a 
Senior Fashion Designer
 to join our creative team and lead the design direction for our ethnic formal wear collections. This role is ideal for an experienced designer with a strong command of traditional aesthetics, modern silhouettes, and high-end craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design
    ethnic formal wear
    in line with our brand philosophy and customer needs.
  • Stay updated with
    global and local fashion trends
    , ensuring timely integration into upcoming collections.
  • Ensure every design aligns with the
    brand's aesthetic, quality benchmarks, and production standards
    .
  • Oversee the
    end-to-end design cycle
    —from initial concept, sketching and sampling, all the way to final production.
  • Prepare detailed
    freehand sketches
    , digital illustrations, print developments, embroidery layouts, and garment construction sheets.
  • Convert
    mood boards, inspirations, and fabric swatches
    into refined design sketches and collection stories.
  • Create
    technical sketches and fashion illustrations
    for both
    eastern and western wear
    lines.
  • Maintain proper documentation and archiving of all design files for seamless production handovers.
  • Assist with revisions, corrections, and finalization of designs to achieve flawless collection execution.
  • Collaborate with production, pattern-making, and sampling teams to ensure accurate translation of design concepts.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in
    designing ethnic formal wear
    .
  • Strong creative vision with excellent
    freehand drawing and sketching abilities
    .
  • Advanced understanding of
    fabrics, drape, cuts, embellishment techniques
    , and garment construction.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as
    Adobe Illustrator
    and
    Adobe Photoshop
    .
  • Ability to work in a
    fast-paced environment
    , manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong sense of color, detailing, and artistic composition.
