Job Summary

Drive global B2B sales initiatives for ABS International during night shifts. Acquire international clients, negotiate high-value contracts, and maximize uncapped commission potential with top performers earning PKR 150,000+ monthly. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic outbound sales campaigns targeting B2B clients in North American markets
  • Negotiate and finalize global SaaS and technology contracts with enterprise clients
  • Exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and data-driven strategies
  • Maintain CRM pipeline accuracy with consistent 3:1 conversion ratio monitoring
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for international market expansion

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in international sales, BPO account management, or client acquisition
  • Professional English fluency at C1/C2 level (verbal and written communication)
  • Documented history of exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics
  • Full availability for night shift schedule (Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Proven negotiation skills and client relationship management capabilities
