Job Summary

Drive global B2B sales for ABS International during night shifts. Acquire international clients, close high-value contracts, and earn uncapped commissions with top performers earning PKR 150,000+ monthly. This role is ideal for ambitious sales professionals seeking high-growth opportunities in international markets .

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound sales campaigns targeting B2B clients in USA markets.
  • Negotiate and secure global SaaS and technology contracts.
  • Exceed monthly sales targets with minimum 50+ weekly contacts.
  • Maintain CRM pipeline accuracy with 3:1 volume ratio.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for international markets.

Requirements

  • 1+ year international sales, BPO, or client acquisition experience.
  • Professional English fluency at C1/C2 level (verbal and written).
  • Documented history of sales quota achievement.
  • Monday to Saturday night shift availability (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
