Role Description
We're seeking a confident, persuasive, and results-driven Cold Caller to engage with property managers, vacation rental hosts, and cleaning business owners. Your goal will be to identify their operational challenges, introduce our systemized business solutions, and secure qualified appointments for the sales team.
This role requires strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills to connect effectively with decision-makers and convert interest into booked consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B calls to property managers and cleaning business owners.
- Quickly build rapport and identify client pain points during the initial conversation.
- Present tailored solutions that address operational inefficiencies and growth challenges.
- Secure qualified appointments for the business development team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date call logs, notes, and follow-up tasks in CRM software.
- Meet or exceed weekly call and appointment-setting targets.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve scripts, targeting, and overall outreach strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in sales, cold calling, or appointment setting (B2B experience preferred).
- Strong English communication skills with clear diction and professional tone.
- Must be confident in holding conversations, actively listening, and delivering concise, value-based responses.
- Ability to handle objections and guide prospects toward the next step confidently.
- Education: O/A Levels or equivalent (preferred).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar).
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work in North American time zones is an asset.
