Area Sales Executive

Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target prospective doctors and medical practices as potential clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively showcase the value proposition of our software solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our customer base and market presence within the healthcare industry.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively address customer concerns, inquiries, and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
- Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences with our software, and communicate insights to the technology team.
- Collaborate with the technology team to prioritize and implement software updates and enhancements based on customer feedback and industry trends.
- Serve as a liaison between the sales and technology teams, facilitating communication and alignment on product development initiatives.
- Stay informed about developments in the healthcare industry and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and product improvements.
- Pharma or Health Tech Industry will be more preferable.
Requirements:
- All should be Bachelors Minimum
- Good Communication Skills
- Past experience of at least 2 years in same role and Same Industry (Health Tech).
