We're Hiring: ASO Specialist (Android & iOS)

 Location: Cavalry Ground, Lahore (On-site)

 Experience: 1 to 2 years in ASO & Paid User Acquisition

In this role, you will be the owner of our App Store and Google Play Listings. You'll be instrumental in making our games easy to find and impossible to resist downloading. Your core mission will be to develop and execute strategies that maximize our organic user acquisition and conversion rates.

(Key Responsibilities)

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ASO strategy for our portfolio of mobile games across both Google Play and the Apple App Store.

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, optimization, and tracking to maximize discoverability.

  • Plan and execute a rigorous A/B testing roadmap (using Google Play - Experiments and Apple's Product Page Optimization) for icons, screenshots, videos, and creative assets.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and player sentiment to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with our marketing, design, and product teams to align store listings with game updates, feature launches, and marketing campaigns.

  • Monitor, report, and analyze KPIs (Installs, CVR, Impressions, etc.) to measure the ROI of ASO initiatives.

(Ideal Candidate Profile)

  • 1-2 years of hands-on ASO experience in the mobile gaming industry.

  • A strong grip on both Android (Google Play Console) & iOS (App Store Connect) platforms.

  • Proven expertise in developing successful keyword strategies and campaign management.

  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and a data-driven approach to optimization.

  • Proficiency with ASO tools like App Annie, Sensor Tower, Appmagic, or similar.

  • A keen eye for creative assets and an understanding of what drives player conversion.

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
