We're seeking a skilled and motivated Upwork Bidder / Business Developer to join our team. The role involves identifying relevant projects on freelancing platforms, crafting persuasive proposals, and converting leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Find and bid on suitable projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
  • Write customized, persuasive proposals.
  • Communicate with clients to understand needs and propose solutions.
  • Follow up on bids to convert leads into projects.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for quality project delivery.
  • Meet monthly bidding and conversion targets.
  • Maintain records of bids and leads.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience as a Bidder, Business Developer, or similar role.
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
  • Strong understanding of client requirements and proposal writing.
  • Familiar with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of IT services, software development, or digital marketing.
  • Basic project estimation and budgeting skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn/email lead generation.

Compensation & Timing:

  • Competitive base salary + performance incentives.
  • Growth and learning opportunities.
  • Working hours: 8 PM – 4 AM.
