Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Fee Recovery Officer located in Islamabad. The Fee Recovery Officer will be responsible for managing debt collection processes, engaging with parents or guardians to recover overdue fees, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves analyzing financial data to develop effective collection strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Debt Collection and Finance
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Islamabad
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
