Role Description

We are looking for a
Sales & Recovery Officer
to join our dynamic team in
Islamabad (DHA Phase 2)
.

This is a
full-time, on-site
position focused on managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to balance both sales and financial recovery responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with existing and new clients to promote company offerings and close property-related sales.
  • Manage recovery of outstanding payments from clients through professional communication and follow-ups.
  • Develop and implement payment plans and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of client accounts, payment histories, and recovery progress.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Sales) to streamline recovery processes.
  • Conduct financial and account analysis to identify high-risk or overdue accounts.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales and recovery performance.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience
    in sales, recovery, debt collection, or financial services.
  • Strong
    communication and negotiation
    skills (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent
    analytical ability
    and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Good understanding of
    financial documentation
    and
    customer relationship management (CRM)
    tools.
  • Prior experience in
    real estate, banking, or recovery
    roles will be a plus.
