We're Hiring: Donor Care Intern

Location: Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi

Duration: 6 Months (leading to potential full-time employment)

Paid Internship

We are an international NGO working across multiple countries, and we are seeking a Donor Care Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent English communication skills, strong organisational ability, and a genuine interest in supporting donor relationships.

What You'll Do:


•⁠ ⁠Communicate with donors through calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner.


•⁠ ⁠Manage donor accounts and maintain accurate records of communication.


•⁠ ⁠Provide timely follow-ups and updates to ensure excellent service delivery.


•⁠ ⁠Support in building and growing donor relationships.


•⁠ ⁠Assist with initiatives to expand our donor base.

What We're Looking For:


•⁠ ⁠Strong command of English (spoken and written).


•⁠ ⁠Confident in handling one-to-one professional conversations.


•⁠ ⁠Good organisational and multitasking abilities.


•⁠ ⁠Basic computing skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email tools).


•⁠ ⁠Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


•⁠ ⁠Fresh graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply.
