At Velets, a fast-growing e-commerce furniture brand, is looking for a results-driven and tech-savvy Performance Marketer to join our Karachi office. If you are passionate about digital marketing, SEO, paid ads, and e-commerce growth, this role is for you

As a Performance Marketer at Velets, you will play a key role in driving online sales, increasing website traffic, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll also contribute to building a strong SEO strategy that improves our website ranking and visibility.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) campaigns to drive conversions.
  • Create and manage paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat, leveraging Facebook Pixel and other tracking tools for improved targeting and ROI.

SEO & Website Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings.
  • Build and maintain high-quality backlinks to strengthen domain authority.
  • Monitor website performance via Google Analytics & Search Console, making data-driven optimizations.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Provide actionable insights to refine paid and organic marketing strategies.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work with content, creative, and development teams to ensure alignment with brand goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and ad platform updates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Performance Marketer / Digital Marketing Specialist.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Facebook Pixel.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, on-page/off-page optimization, and backlink strategies.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-backed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bonus: Creative content creation (videos, photoshoots) experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Google Ads Certification / Facebook Blueprint Certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, retargeting, and affiliate marketing strategies.
