About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing & Growth Strategist to lead digital campaigns, drive customer acquisition, and scale our presence across the US—particularly in the hospitality sector. You will also guide two US-based interns while building strategies to maximize ROI and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.
  • Lead marketing campaigns tailored for hospitality businesses (restaurants, cafés, etc.).
  • Build and manage online communities to grow customer engagement.
  • Identify and secure vendor partnerships for enterprise customer growth.
  • Optimize ad campaigns, analyze data, and improve conversion rates.
  • Support in creating viral hype campaigns with influencers and content creators.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all digital channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and growth strategy.
  • Proven expertise in running paid ads and optimizing ROI.
  • Prior experience working on campaigns in the hospitality sector (must).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration abilities.
  • Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Rs60, Rs70,000.00 per month
