We're building a game experience that blends high-performance, science-based gear with engaging, gamified storytelling. Our brand is rooted in biomechanics, human performance, and extreme sports culture — and now we're ready to bring it to life interactively.

We're seeking a talented and self-driven Game Developer to lead or collaborate on the development of an immersive 3D/2D experience using Unity or Unreal Engine. This could evolve into a branded simulation, an action runner, or a performance-based skate/sports concept — we're open to innovation and want your input.

Role Overview

As our Game Developer, you'll be responsible for translating game concepts into working builds. You'll work closely with creative and brand teams to build something that's not only playable, but sharable, replayable, and potentially monetizable. Whether it's a mobile app, a web-based game, or a downloadable experience — your job is to bring it to life.

Key Responsibilities

Game Development & Prototyping

  • Build core game mechanics (physics, controls, UI)
  • Implement character movement, obstacles, animation, or skate/sport-like realism
  • Develop for cross-platform compatibility (mobile/web/desktop)
  • Optimize game performance and loading speeds

Integration & Assets

  • Integrate 3D models, textures, sounds, VFX, and animations
  • Collaborate with artists and designers (or use assets from Unity/Unreal Marketplace)
  • Implement logic for in-game triggers, power-ups, scoreboards, etc.

Creative Collaboration

  • Contribute to game concept design and evolution
  • Suggest gamification mechanics, monetization options (optional), or user flow improvements
  • Collaborate with our branding team to maintain aesthetic and storytelling cohesion

Testing, QA, and Iteration

  • Rapidly iterate based on user feedback and testing
  • Debug and fix performance or gameplay bugs
  • Prepare builds for beta and public release

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years working with Unity or Unreal Engine (please specify)
  • Proficient in C# (for Unity) or C++/Blueprints (for Unreal)
  • Experience with 2D/3D physics, shaders, asset integration, animation pipelines
  • Strong understanding of cross-platform development and deployment
  • Passion for gameplay design, user experience, and performance optimization

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

  • Experience with WebGL, HTML5 games, or Unity Web Export
  • Familiarity with mobile publishing (iOS, Android)
  • Experience working on skateboarding, parkour, or sports-themed games
  • Integrating leaderboard, social, or achievement systems
  • AR/VR development a plus
