We are a growing digital marketing agency led by a hands-on CEO who values creativity, precision, and execution. Our work focuses on building authority-driven content and high-performing social media campaigns for coaches, consultants, and business owners.

We're looking for a Social Media Designer & Video Editor who is not just a creator but also a strategist—someone who can execute instructions, bring fresh ideas for content, and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging posts, reels, and story creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Edit videos for short-form (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) using tools like CapCut, Canva, and AI-powered editing apps.
  • Create and schedule Instagram Stories following the CEO's brand voice and instructions.
  • Research trending post formats and design ideas to keep content fresh.
  • Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats (posts, reels, carousels).
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO on campaign ideas and execution.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all social channels.

Requirements:

  • Certificate in Digital Marketing (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts (please share portfolio/links).
  • Strong skills in Canva, CapCut, and other editing tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., 11 Labs, ChatGPT, etc.) for content repurposing and creativity.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and deliver on time.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with paid ads content (FB/IG/LinkedIn).
  • Knowledge of YouTube content optimization.
  • Basic copywriting for captions and hooks.
