We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to lead online presence across major platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in both organic content strategy and paid ad campaign management on platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. If you're passionate about turning content into conversions, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the design, marketing, and sales teams to align campaigns.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and grow brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content, posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.
  • Execute and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Analyze ad performance and optimize to maximize ROI and audience engagement.
  • Create and maintain a monthly content calendar and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to deliver consistent brand messaging.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, and advertising tools.
  • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner and direct them to the sales team.

Requirements:


• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.


• Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience managing social media accounts and running ad campaigns for a brand, agency, or business.


• Hands-on experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.


• Prior experience in content creation, post scheduling, and engagement monitoring.


• Familiarity with ad targeting, audience segmentation, and performance metrics.

Technical Expertise:


• Proficient in managing paid and organic campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.


• Understanding of engagement metrics, analytics tools, and report generation.


• Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content visibility techniques.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of major platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and local language if required).
  • Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for digital media.
