Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi for an HR & Admin Officer. The HR & Admin Officer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Additional responsibilities include supporting recruitment processes, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining workplace standards. The HR & Admin Officer will play a key role in fostering a positive and efficient work environment within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Prepare and assist in monthly payroll processing in coordination with the finance team.
  • Oversee day-to-day office administration including procurement, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle petty cash, verify bills and expense claims, and prepare basic financial summaries for monthly reporting.
  • Support the finance team in invoice verification and timely submission of payment documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and assist management in performance evaluation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth communication across departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR, Admin, and basic finance support roles.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR/Accounting software tools.
