Job Title: Admin & HR Officer

Department: Administration / Human Resources

Location: Karachi

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Administration:

Oversee office facilities, supplies, maintenance, and vendor contracts.

Manage procurement, inventory, and fixed assets.

Handle travel arrangements, utilities, and insurance renewals.

Monitor admin budgets and ensure timely vendor payments.

Maintain office policies and ensure a safe, organized environment.

HR Functions:

Support payroll by verifying attendance, leaves, and deductions.

Maintain employee records and assist in onboarding and exits.

Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.

Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary matters.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.

Prepare HR/admin reports and support employee engagement initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Vendor management and negotiation expertise.

Knowledge of payroll processes, MS Office, and HR systems.

Integrity, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.

1 year or 6 month experience in HR and admin.

Experience in payroll and vendor management preferred.
