Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical Google Merchant Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our e-commerce advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Merchant Center, Google Ads (Shopping Campaigns, Performance Max), and feed optimization. You will be responsible for driving product visibility, increasing conversions, and maximizing ROI through strategic campaign execution.This role requires a deep understanding of Google Shopping Ads, product feeds, bidding strategies, and e-commerce marketing funnels. You will collaborate with the marketing, product, and design teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals and deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimize Google Shopping Ads / Performance Max campaigns via Google Merchant Center.
  • Create and maintain product feeds, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimization for maximum visibility.
  • Monitor campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting strategies to meet KPIs.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
  • Identify and resolve issues with product disapprovals, feed errors, and policy violations in Google Merchant Center.
  • Run A/B tests on ad creatives, product titles, and descriptions to improve CTR and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date on Google Ads policies, Merchant Center updates, and e-commerce advertising trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate Shopping Ads with broader digital marketing strategies (Search, Display, Retargeting, etc.).
