In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, as well as handling paid social media ads. You'll also help write ad copy and stay up to date with best practices to ensure top performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)

Set up and manage paid social media ad campaigns (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Write compelling ad copy tailored to target audiences

Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and suggest improvements

Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation

Update and refresh ads based on performance data and campaign goals

Provide performance reports and insights regularly

Requirements:

Proven experience with Google Ads and paid social media advertising

Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.)

Experience with ad copywriting and creative testing

Ability to manage budgets effectively

Strong communication and reporting skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience with UK or international campaigns is a plus

Compensation:

PKR 50,000/month

Remote work with flexible hours
