Job Summary:

The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for both tech and non-tech positions and supporting overall HR operations to ensure efficient and compliant HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and ensure timely placements.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and assist in payroll coordination.
  • Support HR operations, documentation, and policy implementation.
  • Assist in employee engagement, performance tracking, and compliance activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of hiring processes.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
