Recruitment Executive About the Role: As a Recruitment Executive at Chase IT Global, you'll work with international clients to support their hiring needs. You'll help find talent, manage client communication, and keep recruitment systems up to date. This role is client-facing and requires strong communication, research, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates via job boards, social media, and research.
    • Update ATS/CRM and manage recruitment campaigns.

  • Coordinate with clients through Zoom/Meet/Teams.

  • Ensure timely delivery of recruitment services.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Strong English communication skills.

  • Prior experience in recruitment/HR is a plus.
