Client Services Associate (Internship)

Islamabad (Onsite) | Duration: 3 Months | Stipend: PKR 20,000/month

9Xero Digital is seeking a
Client Services Associate (Intern)
to support our
AI & Digital services team
. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or final-year students eager to learn how client relations, digital operations, and AI-driven solutions come together in a real-world agency setting.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day
    client communication
    and coordination.
  • Support the delivery of
    AI & digital marketing services
    across multiple accounts.
  • Prepare client-facing
    reports, updates, and presentations
    .
  • Shadow senior team members to understand
    client success strategies
    .
  • Learn and contribute to
    project execution, timelines, and follow-ups
    .

What We're Looking For:

  • Fresh graduate or final-year student in
    Business, Marketing, Communication, or IT
    .
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
  • Interest in
    AI, digital media, and client relationship management
    .
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive learner with a
    can-do attitude
    .
